Marané is from a place where the Atlantic runs for miles beside unspoiled Uruguayan countryside. You can feel distant, there. Away from everyone and everything else. ‘Nicely lost’,  as we say. It allows for a deeper connection with nature, and the people you’re with. We spend a lot of time in the water. Weightless and free. Feeling that feeling of being happily lost. So it was only natural for us to begin by making swimwear. Our first way of sharing that feeling.
